VIDEO DESCRIPTION AND TRANSCRIPT:
Two interns, Claudia (left) and Ernesto (right), sit next to each other facing the camera. Behind them is a wall full of picture frames with a big poster that says “Nothing about us, without us!” Claudia is reading while Ernesto is working on a laptop, he looks stressed while staring at his laptop. On the bottom right, the NAD logo appears as a light watermark.

CLAUDIA: Is everything alright? You seem stressed?

ERNESTO: Oh, I have so many things going on... I have to grocery shopping list because my family is visiting soon, give my puppy a bath, and finish my assignment that is due tomorrow.

CLAUDIA: Wow, you're busy.

ERNESTO: Also, I'm concerned concerned about the EHDI system.

CLAUDIA: You mean the Early Hearing Detection and Intervention?

ERNESTO: Yes, and I am clueless on how to contact my legislator to express my concerns.

CLAUDIA: Oh it's easy! You can find their contact information on the internet!

ERNESTO: Really, can you show me?

CLAUDIA: Sure, let me get my laptop.

Video goes through a blurry transition to show Claudia bringing her laptop next to Ernesto.

Video transitions to Claudia's laptop screen. Claudia goes to google and types "how to contact your legislator?" and clicks on the second link of results: FIND YOUR REPRESENTATIVE - House.gov (URL SHOWS: Link ) Claudia types in 20002 as the zip code and results show Eleanor Holmes Norton with contact information provided.

Video transitions back to Claudia and Ernesto staring at Claudia's laptop.

ERNESTO: Wow, that is really simple!

CLAUDIA: Yes, it is -- that should help you out.

ERNESTO: Definitely, thank you so much for your help!

CLAUDIA: No problem!

Claudia and Ernesto give each other a high five.
